PPP Utilities

The utility functions were developed to perform various tasks often needed when preparing files for population genetic analyses.

• vcf_utilities.py: VCF Utilities
• bed_utilities.py: BED Utilites
• vcf_bed_to_seq.py: Generate sequences from VCF/BED Files
• stat_sampler.py: STAT File Sampler
